Task
The sought-after job title, together with business developers/sales, will be responsible for:
- to visit customers to understand general needs and present case examples
- to map customers’ industrial processes (i.e. flows, temperatures, pressures…) and energy balance
- to calculate current CO2eq emissions (mainly scope 1+2) and suggest CO2eq / energy reduction ambitions
- to design and package XIBER solutions (featuring both products and services) to help our customers achieve their targets
- Collaborating with procurement/product specialists to identify the most promising technologies for the customer case
- Detailing the required BoM/BoS (eg products, configurations, services, etc)
- Estimating COGS of the solution proposed (ie cost build-up), in collaboration with procurement/product specialists
- Together with business developers/sales, they define a compelling business case for the customer (as is situation, to be ambition,proposed solution with details in terms of energy balance, emission reduction, capex, opex, and financing options, etc)
- To support business developers during the “technical discussion” with the customer
- To collaborate with procurement/product specialists to clarify configurations/expedite procurement
- To collaborate with project managers to clarify open points and expedite erection/commissioning
- Once commissioned and in operations, periodically to review actual project performances to learn and adapt
Requirements
- Key competences: understanding of industrial processes, energy efficiency, carbon mapping & reduction technologies for industries; business case
- Attitude: proactive problem solver; entrepreneurial vein to work in small teams; managerial take to talk to customers; fit with TESYA
Languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (nice to have)
